YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be a Senior Contracts Manager (Mechanical or
Electrical)/Project Director in this exciting organisation who have
recently taken on a new Management team which have injected a breath
of fresh air into the M&E teams. Their expertise and knowledge in
their respective careers, has won high worth, complex projects in

early next year but are looking for the right people to join their
team now, to get a full handle of these projects prior to start.
You will join the Project team and be involved in choosing your team
for these upcoming projects. You will have overall responsibility for
the successful delivery of the project and be expected to manage full
financial aspects including cost control, pricing of variations, &
monitoring of the overall costs against the tender. You will be
expected to manage the full team of engineers, supervisors,
sub-contractors, etc and ensure all works are completed in to the
current health and safety guidelines.
This is a unique opportunity in the current Irish market, as this role
will allow you to pave your career path to Directorship within the
company.

You will ideally have a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical

Tier M&E Contractor. If you have a trade background also, it would be
an advantage. You should be able to demonstrate proven experience on
managing several high value projects in the Commercial field. You will

the website**; experience, ready to progress to this level, or
currently doing a similar role with no room to grow.
